Bad Behavior like this is simply childish, and often leaves the offended to retaliate in kind. Negativity begets negativity. It is no way to treat a coworker or a client. It takes maturity to rise above it, not retaliate in kind, and stop the negativity chain. It is definitely maturity that allows people to see their actions and their bad mouthing are harmful to others.

It is no way to treat a coworker or a client.
