Hi Danny, I think that this one hits closest to home. Just this week I have found myself dealing with what I perceived to be "catrosphic" challenges. I finally asked myself "so what" and suddenly saw that the challenges were actually significant successess that I was unable to see. It is all about reframing the lens that we use to analysis the situation. Easier said that done when your ego takes hold of the conversation in your head. I know I have to ask more often....how am I showing up to the situation?

Hi Danny
I have been reading your Monday MoJo ever since Dallas SC when you if formed the breakout secession of your website. Your thoughts are inspiring and have given me guidance to course correct my actions and are helping me get my attitude back in the game. Tripping point fits exactly what I have been going through. I panic and pull back and than end up doing nothing. In life we have to constantly reassess and most importantly believe in ourselves!
Thanks Again

Great post Danny. There is a reckoning in our industry today-a gut check for many Real Estate professionals. I see those who started their Real Estate careers for the money struggling and questioning, "why?". It's easy to let your life's purpose drift away when you are making multi six figures. Today, when we must change our businesses to meet with the changing market, its important to step back to your personal life's purpose and vision and ask yourself how your career evokes happiness. What is it about your career that provides you with a sense of success and fulfilment? The answers fuel your daily activities and help you push through the obstacles. Without a higher purpose everything will feel like a struggle without purpose.

Regardless of how much you make in Real Estate, we are all experiencing discomfort, roadblocks, and obstacles because we are committed to growth. When we can understand that in order to grow we must change our habits and in order to change our habits there will be obstacles, the obstacles will simply become a step along the way.

Thanks for taking us there.

Hey Danny,

Nothing like coming in Monday morning and getting a little pick me up to start the week. Joining Mastery was one of the scariest moments of my life getting ready to spend a lot of money that I don't currantly have. I know that the road I'm taking is a road to success but that doesn't stop the fear of how is this going to work. It seems that when you write your blog, you are reaching right into what is going on in my head and the thoughts and fears I'm thinking of. Thanks for speaking what we all must be thinking and for working so hard to help complete strangers make it in life.

Hi Danny,
Saw Donald Trump on Larry King this past week...He said that when he faces a problem in business or life, the first question he asks himself is: Is this a catastrophe or is this a blip?

p.s. Go Bruins! and have fun in Montreal...we'll look for you on TV...Hopefully not being hung over the balcony by the Canadiens' fans

Thanks Danny! I always enjoy reading your Monday Morning Mojo and I always need a dose of reality too! Keeping things in perspective has definitely been one of my many tripping points. This is a good reminder!
