I had a bit part and a small support role in the PMI convention. I had a chance to spend time with Danny and I had a chance to film and listen to Danny's speech. This opportunity I had really allowed me to really understand what Danny is saying this week. The people that succeed, the people who create and run a small or large convention really grind to get the job done. We Realtors have so many opportunities to grind on so many deals these days. We get down, we get discouraged easily these days but we can't quit.

I want to take a moment to point out one of the strongest grinders I have ever met and that is Danny. I see him at our superconferences enthrall and engage a room of Realtors. But that weekend he had in Tampa he stepped way out his usual element to talk to people who don't cheer, who don't clap at all the jokes but they WERE listening to every word. Heads in their hands, eyes clued to Danny and reflecting and listening to everything. Nobody got up and left in the hour he talked. They waited to talk to him after his speech. Nobody was talking on their cell phones or running out of his speech to make a deal. But talk about someone grinding for 24 hours to understand and help these 300 or so symposium attendees . Hopefully everybody will get a chance to see the video (if it wasn't too badly filmed) so you can see how Danny worked the room. We sometimes take Danny too much for granted and we don't realize Danny is always grinding for all of us. He is always grinding and the onlt time he probably gets a chance to stop grinding is when he gets time to be with his 5 lunatics.

I am one of those High S people like these project managers Danny talked to. I listen and I respect and admire what Danny does, everyday. By the way Danny, I pointed out just how long you talked and they calmed down but like good project managers they got the day done in spite of everything.
I want you to know Danny, I am working on what we talked about and then I picked up a beautiful Tampa Bay waterfront 625K property listing. Funny how things come at a person from left field.

Thanks for your time Danny and thanks for your grinding for all of us out here.

It feels like your Monday Mojo is every other day. Time is speeding by. I started listening after the Super Conference in July out of curiousity. It became a habit. I always walk away with something. It then became an addiction. I am consumed with DPPO20. GOALS--Broken down into TASKS--ACCOMPLISHMENTS--Re-Evaluate--Measure--DEADLINES.

Grind on. Grind on. The count down to Nov 18th in Scottsdale. SHOWTIME.

PS It's all GOOD and it's working BEYOND my expectations!

The Grinders! Love it Danny. As usual very insightful. The expression you used, "Nobody is coming to save me but me," has been one of my favorites since I first heard you say it several months ago (though my wife if probably tired of me repeating it). At your suggestion, I downloaded and listened to "The New Phycho-Cybernetics" (several times). Gotta tell you, I wish they had gotten you to do the book on tape; would be much more exciting to hear!

Danny, Very refreshing indeed! When times are tough and seemingly overwhelming, you always remind us all to "Grind On" and get going. You're right! Nobody is coming and we all have to pull up our boot straps and get to it. Thanks for the inspirational "Stay in the Game" push.

I was a project manager in the automotive industry. It is very much like what we do in our Real Estate world. We have to have timlines, budgets, schedules, sales numbers, profits, projected profits, cost of team operations, travel exenses, food cost, entertainment, vehicle expenses, hiring, firing, human resources, etc... You run your own little business inside the corporation. They do grind. That is their job. To constantly reduce and make more profitable all the while increasing efficiency. They are us, we are them. Great analogy.
