Knowing about the maturity levels is the best way to do a self check of where you stand. For ex. I know seniors still in the "what have you done for me lately" period.

Perhaps they don't know or haven't realized the others stages. We can't blame them really. After all we live in a "What will you do for me" Society. WIIFM right?

Dependants have spawned such programs as social security and medicare. Designed For those who simply did not make enough in their life to retire.

I missed the projection message altogether. I'll read the book.

Danny, you hit home on this one. Having converted recently to sales from operations, one of the surprise benefits is the study of the psychology of behavior, what you might call "the head stuff". When you speak of "trampling", that was me in that past life. We all did it to claw our way to the top.
This new life has been so full of enlightenment, thanks to you and people like you. Where was Free Thinking Tools a decade ago?!?

Great again Danny. Glad you were able to get it fixed. I would have hated to miss these thoughts.

It's so easy to view the world through only our own perspective. True leadership broadens our scope as we listen, relate, and empathize with each person who touches our lives. This causes personal growth where we become so much more than we ever could without that unique interaction of combining mental and emotional forces with those around us. Great comments, Danny!
